Job Opportunity:
Care Assistant – Cardiff (Agency Work)
Are you a compassionate, dedicated individual with at least 6 months of UK care experience? Are you looking for flexible agency shifts that suit your lifestyle? If so, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personal care and support to service users in line with individual care plans
- Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal support, and mobility
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times
- Offer emotional and social support through companionship and engagement
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns
- A minimum of 6 months’ care experience in the UK (in any care setting)
- A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
- Willingness to travel to different locations within Cardiff
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (can be arranged if needed)
- Practical manual handling certificate
- Flexible shifts to suit your availability – days, nights, and weekends
- Weekly pay with competitive hourly rates
- Work across a variety of care settings
