The Community Resource team (CRT) are part of Cardiff Councils Independent Living Services (ILS) who work in partnership with vulnerable adults to support them to live independently at home and connected to their communities.
CRT is a joint service provided by Cardiff Council and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board that aims to support adults, through therapy and/ or home care, to recover or maintain their ability to live independently service aims to encourage and support people to learn or re‑learn skills necessary for daily living, following a period of illness or after a stay in hospital.
The reablement support provided by the CRT will help our citizens discover what they are capable of and give them the confidence to do things independently.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to manage and co‑ordinate the Community Resource Team’s business related functions.
What We Are Looking For From YouThe successful candidate will have a can‑do attitude and be able to perform in a fast paced work setting. You will need to possess excellent line management skills and be able to use your experience and creativity to assist the management team in responding positively to a rapidly changing environment in order to respond to the changing needs of the adults we support.
This will be a challenging but rewarding role, contributing the work of the Community Resource Team.
This post is temporary until 24th January 2027.
