• Provide personal care and emotional support in line with individual care plans.
• Support clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication.
• Drive yourself and a fellow caregiver between home visits as part of a team.
• Use the Birdie App to follow care plans and report any incidents or concerns.
• Ensure client dignity, choice, and independence are upheld at all times.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control.

• A full UK driving licence or valid international driving licence.
• Your own vehicle insured for Class 1 business use.
• Commitment to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to register with Social Care Wales (if not already registered).

• Shift Pay Model: Get paid from your first to last visit of the day (minus a 30-minute unpaid break).
