Financial Modelling Manager

Campion Pickworth is exclusively supporting a financial services organisation seeking a Financial Modelling Manager to join their finance function.

This role sits at the heart of an evolving forecasting and analytics capability, supporting senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk and Treasury with high-quality modelling insight and decision support.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of developing and enhancing forecasting models that underpin planning, stress testing, and commercial decision-making. Alongside model build, you will strengthen controls, improve automation, and ensure outputs are accurate, scalable, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine financial forecasting and planning models related to Mortgage and savings products.
• Implement validation and stress-testing methodologies
• Deliver analysis on customer trends, profitability, and portfolio performance
• Improve forecasting processes through automation and data optimisation
• Partner with FP&A and commercial teams to support strategic planning
• Contribute to model governance and best practice frameworks

About You

• Strong background in financial modelling and forecasting within financial services, with experience working with loans and/or savings products.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
• Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, SAS or similar tools
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
