Job Description

We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Executive to join our team within L&G’s Client Service Operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients investing in our segregated and bespoke fund vehicles, helping deliver a smooth, well‑coordinated onboarding experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the business, develop a broad understanding of investment products and structures, and make a meaningful impact for our clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating end‑to‑end onboarding activity for new and existing segregated client mandates
  • Project managing onboarding events and supporting the implementation of changes to client accounts
  • Communicating progress clearly with internal and external stakeholders and running working‑group discussions
  • Building strong working relationships across business areas and developing a broad understanding of how they operate
  • Acting as an onboarding consultant, mapping out milestones and supporting clients’ decision‑making processes
  • Applying and helping to improve processes to support a risk‑controlled and compliant operating environment
  • Providing day‑to‑day and strategic support to Client Onboarding Managers
  • Contributing to wider project activity, including programmes focused on optimising onboarding processes
Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative, team‑focused approach alongside the confidence to work independently when needed
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to use initiative and solve problems constructively
  • Computer literacy, including competence across Microsoft Office tools
  • An interest in investment management and willingness to develop knowledge of investment products, markets and regulation
  • Experience in project management, client onboarding or financial services (desirable but not essential)
