This is a self employed role for a Mortgage Broker located in the Greater Cardiff Area, with the flexibility to work from. Responsibilities include supporting clients through the mortgage application process, advising on mortgage options, identifying suitable funding solutions, and offering tailored financial advice. The role involves staying updated on mortgage products, collaborating with brokerage teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in the industry.

• Experience in Mortgage Brokerage and Mortgage Marketing
• Knowledge of Debt Consolidation and Finance solutions
• Strong understanding of Brokerage and property funding processes
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Relevant industry qualifications such as CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent
• Previous experience in the financial services or mortgage industry preferred
