Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Agency Enquiries Analyst - 12 month FTC to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

We’re looking for an Agency Enquiries Agent to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for intermediaries and internal colleagues, helping to resolve commission and fee-related enquiries across a wide variety of products. If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service, working collaboratively, and developing strong technical knowledge, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Handling inbound and outbound enquiries and building positive rapport with customers
  • Investigating commission and fee-related queries using systems knowledge and sound judgement
  • Providing clear, accurate responses to written enquiries and ensuring all actions are completed
  • Maintaining accurate records of work received to support management information reporting
  • Following internal processes and regulatory standards to protect customer data and uphold compliance
  • Developing a working knowledge of commission systems, processes and product structures
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and deliver team objectives
  • Contributing to a fair, consistent and positive customer experience across all interactions
