Our client is a respected Private Equity backed organisation with amazing brands based in Cardiff.

Are you a Qualified Accountant looking for a step into a growing organisation with fantastic brand presence? My client has created a new role as Management Accountant to help with their growth and to develop a Business Partnering approach to finance. Reporting to the Finance Manager the Management Accountant will be responsible for

• Managing a range of areas within the business
• Preparing monthly Management Accounts and produce high level reports for the
• Act as the Finance Business Partner for Operations Directors in the Business
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
• Monitor and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision
  -making.
• Manage and process month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Develop reports using Power Bi

A successful Temp to Perm Management Accountant should have:

• Professional accountancy qualifications with ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

• Temp to perm position.
• Perm Salary c £50,000 - £55,000 (circa £220 - £240 per day PAYE)
• Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office
• 4% company bonus scheme paid 1/4ly based on company and personal performance
• 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
• NEST scheme - 5% E'ee, 3% E'er
