Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients which meets and exceeds their expectations.
  • Prepare the tax returns in accordance with Xeinadin's standard procedures.
  • Prepare personal, partnership, and corporate tax returns for a diverse client base.
  • Liaise directly with HMRC and clients to handle queries and correspondence.
  • Ensure agreed deliverables are within a set timeframe and that the job is completed within budget.
  • Ensure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements.
  • Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and best practices.
  • Represent Xeinadin to the client, focusing on delivering day-to-day work with an emphasis on innovation and the future.
  • Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
Qualifications
  • Studying towards or qualified in ATT / part-qualified CTA / AAT with strong tax exposure.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience within a UK accountancy practice, ideally with a focus on tax.
  • Good working knowledge of UK tax compliance processes.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience in both personal and corporate tax compliance.
  • Exposure to tax advisory work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Demonstrates high levels of confidentiality and adheres to professional ethical standards.
