Senior Finance Analyst; Team Manager

We’re recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst (Team Manager) to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and driving improvements across processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to provide transparency, mitigate risk and support business performance.

• Supporting month-end expense ledger and cost allocations for divisional reporting
• Coordinating expense planning, forecasting and authorisation processes
• Managing general ledger periods and chart of accounts ensuring timely month-end close
• Performing reconciliations, journal calculations and issuing expense reports
• Reviewing and updating financial controls process documentation and risk frameworks
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to provide financial insight
• Delivering ad-hoc analysis and supporting projects to improve processes
• Ensuring compliance with policies and treating customers fairly

• ACCA or CIMA qualification or equivalent experience in an analytical finance role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ledger management
• Experience in reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, Power
  
  BI and financial modelling
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail
• Collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement
