Rev & Regs are currently supporting a UK-regulated fintech wealth management platform that’s redefining access to investment and savings products traditionally reserved for high-net-worth individuals.

As Head of Compliance & MLRO
, you’ll take ownership of the compliance function at a pivotal growth stage, acting as a strategic partner to the business while building scalable, proportionate frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building, leading, and scaling the compliance function
• Embedding compliance across product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams
• Designing technology-enabled controls, monitoring, and governance frameworks
• Leading regulatory change, including variations of permission
• Partnering with product teams on regulatory strategy and customer journeys
• Supporting the launch of a financial advice proposition
• Holding SMF

• Strong compliance experience within regulated financial services (wealth, investments, savings, financial advice, or retail finance)
• Experience in a fast-growth, fintech, or scale-up environment
• Proven ability to build or scale compliance functions
• Confident operating across multiple regulatory regimes
• Experience holding (or readiness to step into)
