• Managing your own portfolio of general personal tax clients (broad base of individuals, directors, landlords, etc.)
• Reviewing tax returns and handling queries with care and clarity
• Utilising AI tools to streamline delivery and add value to client interactions
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Ensuring compliance and deadlines are met with efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborating with the wider tax and tech teams on process improvements

• CTA / ATT / ACA / ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
• Solid personal tax compliance background in practice
• Some exposure to advisory, or a clear interest in doing more
• Comfortable adopting new tools and working in a changing environment
• A collaborative, positive approach with strong client service skills

• £55,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
