Do you want to support the director of an established Independent Finance firm? Do you think you have what it takes to help and guide this firm with its business plan?

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Strategic Business Manager in Bridgend to join an Independent Financial Advice Firm.

The perfect candidate would be monitoring the day to day activities of the firm and work closely with the director of the company, taking control of a handful of their daily duties. The role will involve reviewing processes to see where the firm can be more efficient to improve their business strategy.

You will be highly competent in the financial service industry and understand what it takes to run a successful wealth management firm. A great candidate will have worked in a client-facing role and demonstrate high levels of experience in mainstream investments.
