A fast-growing fintech firm in Cardiff is looking for a Head of Compliance & MLRO to oversee compliance during a transformative phase. Responsibilities include building and leading the compliance function, embedding compliance across teams, and leading regulatory initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong compliance experience in a regulated financial environment, leadership capabilities, and a knack for navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

The role offers a salary of £90,000 - £100,000 + equity, in a collaborative and ambitious culture.
