About the role:
As a Client Services Administrator you will be the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will manage inbound communications, assist with client inquiries, facilitate seamless transfer of business during acquisitions and support the arrangement of annual client review meetings in close collaboration with our Financial Planners.
About you:
You are inquisitive, communicate clearly, highly organised, detail‑oriented and thrive when faced with a busy workload. You have previous experience working in financial services and can deliver first‑class service to all clients. You are a fast learner, able to pick things up quickly, and seek out learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
- Adhering to FCA requirements on compliance, customer risk and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
- Documenting all client interactions accurately on Intelligent Office and adhering to GDPR.
- Using knowledge of Attivo Group products and services to identify new business opportunities.
- Working closely with other team members and Financial Planners to provide the best services to all new and existing clients.
- Ensuring all activities are accurately recorded and updated.
- Proactively maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of business processes and service offerings to clients.
Essential skills and experience
- Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A‑B (6) or equivalent including Maths and English.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational, time management and caseload management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience with in Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be an advantage.
- A relevant degree such as Economics or financial services industry experience.
- An aspiration to become a Financial Planner or Paraplanner.
- Currently working towards a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII).
Salary and benefits
Up to £32,000 based on skills and experience.
