NGage Finance is expanding and we’re looking for 3 self-employed, driven mortgage brokers who want to broaden their expertise and income by stepping further into the specialist finance space.
This is an excellent opportunity for brokers who already have a solid residential background and are keen to add Buy-to-Let, Commercial and Bridging finance strings to their bow — with support, leads, and a competitive commission structure in place.
🔍 The RoleAs a Self-Employed Specialist Mortgage Broker, you will:
- Advise and arrange mortgage and specialist finance solutions
- Handle a mix of self-generated business and company-provided leads
- Build long-term client and introducer relationships
- Develop your knowledge across BTL, Commercial and Bridging finance (experience ideal but not essential)
- Proven mortgage industry background
- Self-employed mindset with strong motivation and professionalism
- Desire to expand into specialist lending areas
- Ability to generate your own business alongside supplied leads
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Competitive commission structure
- Lead support (alongside expectation of self-generated business)
