Management Accountant & Data Improvement Manager

A very exciting role has been registered with Hays Senior Finance, Cardiff.

The role is to implement and improve processes while also taking ownership of management accounts in the team.

This role will combine Management accounting responsibility (primarily income). With a significant, project-based piece of work focused on improving and developing our income data processes.
It's an opportunity for someone to both run core finance activities and deliver meaningful improvements to data, reporting and processes, working closely with the data team.

• A strong management accounting background (qualified or equivalent experience)
  Strong SQL Essential
  Strong Power Query / Power BI / Excel Essential
  Experience in process improvement, automation and data modelling Comfortable working at the interface between
  Finance and Data A track record of delivering practical, high-quality improvements
  
  Hybrid working model with the office being based outside Central Cardiff.
