We have an exciting 9-month fixed term opportunity for an individual looking to make a real difference to the lives of residents and communities across Wales.
As our Management Accountant (Development), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our two award‑winning companies as we deliver homes and transform lives. This is your chance to contribute to projects that shape vibrant communities and create lasting impact for our residents.
Who are we looking for?We are seeking an exceptional Management Accountant to join our.paddingteam. This role is key to ensuring robust financial control across all activities SCwithin the Development department.
You will work closely with colleagues in Development, building strong and productive relationships to maintain a smooth flow of information between the Development and Finance teams.
Supporting and facilitating the Finance Manager ( complement), you will play a vital role in driving the continued growth of our ambitious housing development programme.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is proactive in problem‑solving, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
What will you be doing?The individual will be key in ensuring that the development programme is financially robust and that its financial information is complete and accurate. This is an exciting role where you will add value by utilising relationships with the Development team to pre‑empt issues/opportunities.
The role is hands on, you will support individual schemes from inception through to handover ensuring viability and value for money in addition to taking an overarching view of the development programme. You will be a key member of the Development Finance team and you will be responsible for producing management accounts, quarterly forecasts and VAT returns.
