Join Legal & General as a Delegated Reporting Oversight Analyst and play a key role in ensuring compliance with global regulatory reporting requirements. You’ll work closely with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant transaction reporting. What you’ll be doing- Overseeing delegated transaction reporting performed by brokers and custodians
- Performing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Communicating issues clearly to third parties for swift resolution
- Maintaining reporting quality through proactive controls and oversight
- Escalating issues promptly and ensuring timely follow-up
- Reviewing and updating procedures to reflect regulatory changes
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve challenges
- Preparing management information reports to provide insights into reporting activities
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to summarise complex issues clearly for internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive approach with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets
- Ability to follow procedures and drive issue resolution
- Minimum GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
- Prior experience in financial services is desirable
