Credit Controller Outskirts of Bridgend £14.00 £ 16.00 per hour + holiday pay DOE Temporary, full-time On-site

Môrwell Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with a reputable local business in the Bridgend area, supporting them in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with numbers, and playing a key role in improving cash flow.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will:

• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment
• Build strong relationships with customers, resolving invoice queries quickly
• Assess credit risk and set appropriate credit limits
• Agree payment plans where needed, balancing business and customer needs
• Produce debtor reports and highlight any areas of concern
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy
• Work in line with company policies and relevant regulations

• Previous experience in credit control (or a similar finance role)
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with customers and colleagues
• Well organised, able to prioritise and manage deadlines
• Good IT skills Excel is essential
• (Experience using SAGE is helpful, but not essential)
