Financial Advisor

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planner to join a thriving independent financial planning firm as a Review Financial Adviser. In this role, you will provide exceptional financial planning, advice, and service to clients. This is a hybrid position, so candidates should be within a commutable distance of Bath or Cardiff.

With a well-established presence across the UK, the firm has experienced significant growth through strategic acquisitions. Their ongoing success has resulted in the creation of two brand-new positions in their Bath and Cardiff offices.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold CAS - or be working towards it
• Be Level 4 diploma qualified
• Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
• Have a desire to become a successful Financial Planner

Your role will include but will not be limited to:

• Managing a client base assigned to you
• Generating new client enquiries and advice income
• Converting leads into clients
• Undertaking sales and marketing activities aligned with regional and national plans
• Working to achieve or exceed annual new business revenue targets
• Providing expert independent advice to clients
• Maintaining 'fit and proper' status through continuous professional development and SPS maintenance
• Adhering to company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements in client advice and reports
• Using approved standard documentation
• Maintaining technical and industry knowledge
• Delivering a positive client service experience and ensuring appropriate client outcomes
• Responding promptly and keeping clients informed
• Developing relationships with external professionals to generate additional business
• Focusing on key business objectives
• Identifying personal training needs to maintain service standards
