Job Title: Corporate Tax Associate Manager

Location: Cardiff Office, Wales

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Benefits!

I am currently looking for a Corporate Tax Associate Manager to join my client’s growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax professional to take ownership of a client portfolio, support complex advisory work, and contribute to the development of junior team members.

• Fully supervise a portfolio of clients – taking responsibility for all aspects of tax including compliance and ad‑hoc project work
• Review computations and liaise with specialists on technical matters
• Produce tax disclosures for financial statements
• Research and understand complex technical matters and present them in a comprehensible and practical way
• Support colleagues dealing with complex groups and technical issues
• Apply knowledge of Corporate interest restriction rules, thin capitalisation and interest deductibility
• Supervise, mentor and coach staff to help them reach their potential
• Collaborate cross‑departmentally – assist Corporate Finance team with due diligence work

• Hold at least one of the following qualifications:
  ATT
  /
  CTA
  /
  ACA
  /
  ACCA
• Well‑developed supervisory skills including coaching and motivation of tax assistants
• Natural ability to mentor and develop junior team members
• Strong project management techniques with proven decision‑making ability
• Excellent analytical skills combined with time‑management expertise
• Organisational, evaluative and administrative skills that drive results
