Overview
Our local government clients in Cardiff are recruiting for a Control Centre Operator.
Responsibilities- Develop skills in emergency response and customer service with potential for extension or progression within the local government sector based on performance and organisational needs.
- Ability to work under pressure with confidence and provide a quality service for customers.
- Ability to communicate well in a manner appropriate to individual needs, by phone, in person or in writing.
- Proficient in the use of technology, comfortable in the use of IT systems, programmes and apps.
