Service Advisor - Cardiff

Salary: £27,000 + up to £35,000 OTE (bonus based on customer feedback)

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-6pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-1pm

Join a well‑established new and used car dealership in Cardiff as a Service Advisor, supporting the smooth running of a busy showroom and forecourt.

Key Responsibilities

Check in all vehicle deliveries with a sharp eye for detail (identifying marks, scratches, defects).
Move vehicles into the showroom/forecourt and manage display car rotations.
Assist with general showroom maintenance and presentation standards.
Carry out electric vehicle battery health checks.
Order parts and support the wider service department with day‑to‑day tasks.
Provide excellent customer service, contributing to customer satisfaction survey scores.
