Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeships allow you to study for industry‑recognised qualifications whilst earning a competitive salary. As an apprentice, you will study with a training provider, such as a college, and combine this experience with real responsibilities in the workplace. Your study pattern could be day or block release, or via distance learning, depending on the course that you enrol on. A dedicated mentor will guide you through your personal and professional development.
Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeships have a typical duration of two to three years, during which you will attain both a professional and academic qualification to further your career. Our apprentices are employed on a permanent basis, so you'll continue to progress with Arup once you've completed your course.
You will be based in our Cardiff Office, amongst engineers, hydraulic modellers and specialist electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and process scientists. We deliver water and energy projects, from cradle to grave. Our mantra is to restore and regenerate rivers, coastlines and natural systems in the most sustainable way.
You will be an apprentice civil engineer, sat with an expert team around you who will support, guide and train you. You will join us in project delivery, with hands on learning experiences and the opportunity to visit our sites. This will include a range of projects including nature‑based solutions and complex civil structures. We are a global centre of excellence in Arup, and as such there will be opportunities to support projects all over the world as your career progresses.
