• Maintain and improve the existing engineering portfolio, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and reliability.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve issues, reduce risks and support efficient production.
• Provide technical guidance, training and support to internal teams and customers.
• Gather feedback, analyse user needs and help drive improvements and future development.

• Degree in Mechanical, Product or related Engineering field, with 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Confident using 3D modelling tools (ideally Solid Works) and reviewing technical drawings.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills; able to work independently.
• Experience working with suppliers or external partners, with willingness to travel as needed.
