Are you an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? My client, the UK’s largest independent, employee-owned BMS company is looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer that has the flexibility to travel to sites across Cardiff & South-West.

• Commissioning and completing BMS installations across high-value, complex projects.
• Working to tight deadlines and budgets, maintaining high standards throughout.
• Interpreting electrical drawings, control schematics, and MEP drawings confidently and accurately.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
• Making adjustments to pre-configured software and graphics.
• Providing technical support and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

• Familiarity with Trend or Schneider Struxure Ware systems; experience with Siemens, Tridium or Distech would be advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience with understanding air, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• A positive and proactive approach to Health & Safety.
• Proficiency in reading electrical/control wiring diagrams and software.
• Good ability to maintain commissioning records, trackers, and reports.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first attitude.
