• Report into a Managing QS and Senior QS
• Manage your own packages or smaller schemes within the framework
• Support the commercial delivery of waste water capital projects
• Gain strong exposure to NEC contracts (Options A &

• Develop toward Senior QS level
• Projects typically include treatment works upgrades, network improvements and associated civil engineering schemes delivered within a collaborative framework environment.

• Subcontract procurement and administration
• Management of Compensation Events under NEC
• Cost value reconciliation (CVR) and forecasting
• Change control and risk management
• Valuations, variations and final accounts
• Supporting senior commercial staff with reporting and client liaison

• Experience as a QS or Project QS within civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Strong subcontract management skills
• Experience managing variations and cost reporting
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
• Ambition to progress to Senior QS
• Framework or utilities experience is advantageous but not essential.
