As a Graduate Site Engineer, your role will help plan and build vital infrastructure such as roads, buildings, substations and other structures. You’ll work on site, learning how to support the delivery of Civils or Power Transmission projects. You will gain hands‑on experience in design, installation, and maintenance, and ensure all works meet technical standards and safety requirements.

We are looking for graduates with a relevant degree, a minimum 2:2 Honours grade, and a full UK driving licence. The programme offers formal training, on‑the‑job learning, a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. The role may require travel and accommodation; reasonable expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
