An established, design-led engineering consultancy in Cardiff is looking to appoint a Civil Engineer to join its growing infrastructure team. The business works across a broad range of development-led projects, supporting clients from early feasibility through to detailed design and construction. The consultancy is well known for delivering civil engineering solutions for residential, commercial, mixed-use and regeneration schemes, with particular strengths in highways, drainage and infrastructure design.

Projects range from small bespoke developments to large-scale master planning schemes across the UK.

• Detailed design of drainage (SuDS), highways and external works
• Preparing technical drawings, reports and calculations
• Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction
• Liaising with local authorities, clients and design teams
• Mentoring junior team members as you progress

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or similar)
• Experience working in a UK civil engineering consultancy
• Strong knowledge of drainage and highway design standards
• Familiar with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Drainage or similar
• Working towards, or already holding, ICE or equivalent professional status
