As a skilled and experienced Land Quality Senior Consultant you will join our well‑established, market‑leading team supporting geo‑environmental complex projects, ensuring governance and compliance through all phases of delivery.

• Support geo‑environmental assessments for a variety of projects across a wide range of sectors – in some cases this will involve leading on specific aspects of the assessment.
• Develop and implement strategies for land quality assessment and remediation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality consultancy services.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Support the implementation of ground investigations and assessments to evaluate land contamination and environmental risks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in geo‑environmental consultancy.
• Proven track record in supporting private sector projects across all project life‑stages (desk study through to remediation implementation).
• Good understanding of Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessment approaches.
• A sound knowledge of environmental legislation and risk assessment methodologies (including UK and international standards such as ASTM).
• Experience working with emerging contaminants such as PFAS.
• Sound analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Good digital data assessment expertise.
