In this role, you'll be working closely with experienced engineers to support the delivery of a wide range of civil engineering projects, assisting with design work, producing drawings and reports, and gaining hands‑on experience across residential and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer with a strong desire to grow and learn. They will have some exposure to civil engineering through a placement, internship, or graduate role, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn, with experience in AutoCAD or similar software being beneficial.

This is a great opportunity to work in a close‑knit engineering team, gaining exposure across multiple project types and receiving direct mentorship from experienced engineers.

• Assisting with surface water and foul drainage design
• Ground modelling and flood risk assessments
• Supporting and preparing SAB applications
• Producing technical drawings, reports, and calculations
• Attending site visits and client meetings as required

• Degree‑qualified in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng)
• Interest in drainage, infrastructure and civil engineering design
• Good communication skills with the potential to become client‑facing
• Right to work in the UK
