Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead the development of new features, and hardware to enhance product offerings.
Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes influencing product innovation.
Drive value-engineering initiatives to optimise manufacturing efficiency and profitability while maintaining product function and quality.
Address product development needs arising from customer complaints, procurement requirements, or quality concerns.
Ensure all development projects follow the structured Innovation & Development process and align with IQC priorities.
Produce detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Solid Works to support design and manufacturing processes.
Document project progress, design iterations, and technical specifications in accordance with business protocols

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

18+ months manufacturing experience.
CNC machine / programming experience.
Experience working with Solid Works or similar CAD software.
Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards relevant to development is an advantage.
Experience in value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives is desirable.
Strong technical and engineering knowledge related to product design and development.
