We are looking for graduates for our Building Services teams, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. About the Role and Team

Working as a Graduate in one of our Building Services teams, you will work on exciting and innovative projects, including large office buildings, hospitals, hotels, residential complexes, data centres and education buildings. You will design, develop and maintain essential building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical systems and public health services. You will be embedded in multidisciplinary teams and mentored by experienced engineers, gaining exposure to real‑world challenges and innovative solutions.

Our Building Services Teams

We are dedicated to designing people‑centric, high‑performance buildings. We work across all sectors – from complex office environments and retail centres, to museums and educational establishments, residential developments, laboratories, data centres and major transportation hubs such as train and subway stations and airports.

Day‑to‑day activities
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Draft mechanical or electrical layouts, using Revit or AutoCAD and run calculations
  • Review technical drawings and coordinate with other disciplines
  • Support senior engineers in preparing tender documents
  • Attend site visits to observe installations or conduct surveys
  • Participate in sustainability assessments (e.g. BREEM)
Graduate Development Programme

Our two‑year Graduate Development programme provides a blended learning experience, core business and professional skills training, career development workshops, valuable networking opportunities, mentorship for professional registration and a breadth of on‑the‑job experience.

What We Will Be Looking For
  • Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
  • Complete the application form in full and answer all specific questions
  • Pass the online skill enabler assessment
  • Be available to start work in September 2026
  • Have a passion for Building Services or Technology Systems
  • Show a desire for the future of our built world
  • Research, learn and analyse technologies and operating processes
  • Have awareness of specialist building systems including lighting and security systems
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for creativity and a drive to solve problems
  • Share fresh ideas to inspire the team
