They are looking to appoint an innovative and driven Principal Sustainability Consultant to join their thriving Sustainability discipline in Cardiff.

• Lead sustainability work streams and act as Discipline Project Lead.
• Develop and coordinate project resource plans.
• Deliver sustainability documents for planning applications.
• Lead client and design team workshops with clarity and confidence.
• Delegate, manage, and review the work of junior colleagues.
• Undertake or oversee Part L, Part O, overheating and energy simulations.
• Undertake or oversee Environmental and wellbeing assessments (BREEAM, WELL, HQM).
• Undertake or oversee Whole life carbon assessments.
• Undertake or oversee Net zero carbon strategies.
• Undertake or oversee Operational energy analysis.
• Support Technical Excellence communities and contribute to knowledge development.
• Mentor and train junior team members across technical, consultancy, and project delivery skills.
