• Leading full‑lifecycle NPD projects from concept to launch
• Managing budgets, timelines and risks on high‑value programmes
• Coordinating multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
• Acting as the key stakeholder interface
• Ensuring documentation and compliance meet regulated industry standards

• Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3years’ experience managing complex NPD projects
• Strong communicator who can lead teams and influence stakeholders
• Confidently managing cradle‑to‑grave delivery
• Experience in regulated environments
• Solid engineering background with the ability to engage confidently with technical teams
• Solid planning, problem‑solving and organisational skills
