• Lead the strategic development of the SRB.
• Ensure excellence in teaching and learning.
• Oversee ALN provision.
• Work closely with families, staff, external agencies, and our wider community.
• Help drive our vision and contribute to whole‑school improvement as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team.

The SRB is a place of care, courage, connection, and celebration. As Assistant Headteacher, you will shape the direction of this provision, champion the rights of learners with ALN, and ensure that every child receives the education they deserve. You’ll join a dedicated, supportive, and enthusiastic team who share a deep commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
