Aspire People are looking for a passionate and experienced KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Cardiff. If you're dedicated to fostering creativity and academic growth in upper primary students, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a KS2 Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to shape the educational journey of young learners, inspiring them to reach their full potential and instilling a love for learning that lasts.

• Teach a broad curriculum to students in Key Stage 2, ensuring lessons are engaging and accessible
• Plan and deliver effective, creative, and well-structured lessons
• Support the development of literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills
• Regularly assess and track student progress, providing feedback that aids their development
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's teaching and learning culture

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a KS2 setting is preferred but not essential
• Passion for working with upper primary students and supporting their academic and personal growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop creative and engaging lessons
• A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude
