• Provide vital support to students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
• Assist in accessing the curriculum and ensuring full participation in class activities.
• Support students on a one‑on‑one or small group basis, offering academic, social, and emotional support.
• Help with organization, note‑taking, and other classroom tasks to ensure students' success.
