We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within the classroom.

• Deliver engaging lessons alongside the class teacher
• Support small groups and individual pupils
• Assist with planning and preparation of learning materials
• Promote positive behaviour throughout the school day
• Deliver targeted interventions to support pupils who need additional academic support

Strong communication skills, initiative, and a nurturing approach are essential. Previous primary school experience is highly desirable.
