Trainee Teaching Assistant

Are you looking for a role in education? Are you already in a teaching assistant role and looking for a change of scenery? We are looking for Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join our partnership schools in Wales!

We are looking for Unqualified Teaching Assistants to start as soon as possible.

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons
• Preparing and utilising resources around the classroom for each lesson
• Using your own initiative
• Developing literacy, numeracy, and communication skills in children
• Providing 1 to 1 support

• Can remain calm, confident, and engaging
• Have an interest in a multitude of subjects
• Can build a good rapport with pupils
  
  Have empathetic and nurturing characteristics

• Experience working with children
• An Enhanced DBS Certificate or be willing to have a new one processed
• EWC registered

No necessary qualifications are needed for this role as we do offer online training and CPD accredited courses.
