This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing a teaching career or looking for flexible work.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be in charge of overseeing pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. It's a great way to gain firsthand experience of what it's like to work in a classroom, manage students, and support their learning.

What You'll Do:

Supervise classes and ensure students remain on task with their work

Support students during lessons, helping with any questions or difficulties

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

Follow the lesson plans left by the teacher to ensure continuity of learning

Assist students in staying focused and engaged during lessons

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate (any degree subject)

Passion for education and helping young people succeed

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to confidently manage groups of students

Flexibility, reliability, and enthusiasm for the role

No formal teaching qualification required, but experience working with young people is a plus!
