Grade 5, £27,430 rising to £30,722 per annum (Unqualified Assessor - £26,430pa)

Are you passionate about helping others learn and grow? We are looking for a dedicated individual to deliver and coordinate engaging training sessions, workshops, and blended learning activities for learners on the Health & Social Care route. You will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their full potential while ensuring compliance with the Welsh Government, awarding bodies, Estyn’s Common Inspection Framework, and ACT’s own standards.

• At least 2 years occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector
• Min. Level 3 occupational qualification or equivalent (in Health & Social Care)
• A Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Passionate about training/learning with strong creativity
• Ability to develop others
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
• Assessor qualification (or willingness to complete)
• Willingness to gain an assessor qualification if not already qualified
