We’re on the lookout for an experienced ALN Teacher with the skills, dedication, and heart to inspire students and create a supportive learning environment.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to ALN learners
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
• Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for learners
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safeguarding policies

• Qualified Teacher Status (
  QTS
  )
• Previous experience with ALN learners (experience in ALN Schools or alternative provision is highly desirable)
• Enhanced DBS (we can assist with your application)
• EWC registration

• Strong understanding of ALN needs and best practices
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning
• Passion for making a positive impact on learners’ lives

• Meaningful work supporting ALN learners

• Support with Enhanced DBS applications
