Our highly skilled team works collaboratively to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can reach their full potential.

As a Learning Support Worker, you will provide hands‑on support to students with complex needs, helping them engage with their learning and daily activities in a meaningful way. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and medical professionals to ensure each student receives the highest standard of care and education.

• Provide personalised support to students with PMLD and complex medical needs
• Assist with learning activities, therapy sessions, and sensory‑based interventions
• Support students with personal care, feeding, and mobility needs (training provided)
• Promote independence, communication, and engagement in a structured environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and medical professionals
