Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Starting January | Cardiff

We are seeking enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistants to join a number of Cardiff primary schools from January. These long‑term positions are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and contributing to a positive classroom environment. With strong connections across the city, we can place you in a school that aligns with your strengths and experience. In each role, you’ll receive ongoing support from our team and the opportunity to become a valued part of the Cardiff education community.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who can bring energy, reliability, and proven classroom experience. You should feel confident working across different year groups and providing high‑quality support to both teachers and pupils.

• Demonstrated experience working as a Teaching Assistant
• Confident supporting pupils in whole‑class, small‑group, or one‑to‑one settings
• Able to commit to full‑time hours, Monday to Friday, for long‑term placements

• STAL (Supporting Teaching & Learning) qualification
• ELSA or Thrive training
• HLTA status

As a teaching agency, we offer access to a wide range of long‑term roles in Cardiff primary schools. You’ll work closely with a dedicated consultant who will support you throughout your placement journey and help match you to suitable schools.

£88.94 per day, with potential for higher rates depending on the school, your experience, and your qualifications.
