The Corporate Buildings and Cleaning Services department is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of building management and cleaning services across all County Estates managed properties, providing a high-quality customer service to all building users.

We are seeking an individual who will be enthusiastic in helping us to make a difference to our customers by delivering exceptional customer service within our corporate buildings, demonstrating an ability to be flexible, proactive and accommodating.
What We Are Looking For From YouIn this Porter Security Role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a portering service including movement of furniture and equipment, erection and dismantling of exhibitions, collection of refuse.
- Providing a security service, including patrolling of buildings and grounds, direction of the public and reception duties.
- Undertaking cleaning tasks both inside and outside corporate buildings as required.
- Operating building management systems as and when required.

This post is permanent and based on a 37 hour week, and may attract a shift rota allowance.
