Overview
The Role
Teamwork is a non-negotiable for us, so where do our Kitchen Team members fit in here? You are the guru of all things Boom Bites. You’ll be the go-to person who talks with the Front of House Team about what’s going on in the Kitchen and helps out with anything they may need, from your personal faves on the menu to helping them understand allergens.
We all work to achieve the same goal and that is epic guest experience!
When the orders start coming through you’re the champion on making sure every item goes out on time and looking on spec, ensuring quality never suffers. As the go-to person in the kitchen, you’ll also be the pro at getting things ready for big events, keeping track of food, and making sure we follow all the rules for safety. You’ll help keep everything super clean and top-notch, and aim to impress EHO whenever they visit.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include: acting as the kitchen liaison to Front of House, communicating needs and updates, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation, supporting big event prep, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
QualificationsQualifications: experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ability to work as part of a team, knowledge of allergens and food safety basics, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
