Cobalt is supporting a leading build to rent operator to appoint a Resident Services Associate, a front of house role focused on delivering a smooth, positive renting experience for residents based in Cardiff City Centre.

The roleAs a Resident Services Associate, you will be a key member of the front‑of‑house team, acting as a familiar and trusted presence for residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service in line with the organisation's service values.
- Acting as a first point of contact for residents, visitors, and partners.
- Building positive relationships with residents and encouraging engagement.
- Supporting service delivery across front‑ and back‑of‑house functions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Promoting a safe, welcoming, and well‑managed environment.
- Supporting property and service‑related activities across the resident journey.
The Resident Services Associate role plays a central part in ensuring residents feel supported, valued, and at home.
The skills neededTo be successful as a Resident Services Associate, you will bring:
- Working knowledge of customer service within property, hospitality, travel, or tourism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence building relationships with a wide range of people.
- Awareness of Health & Safety requirements within a site‑based environment.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- A positive, resilient approach to problem‑solving.
- A professional and well‑presented manner.
Customer service or property‑related qualifications would be advantageous.
