Job Description

Join our team as a Night Team Member Multi‑Skilled and become an integral part of our hotel’s exceptional service experience. As the first point of contact during the night, you will ensure guests’ comfort, safety and satisfaction from check‑in to check‑out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to all guests promptly, efficiently and with courtesy.
  • Maintain updated guest profiles and ensure accurate registration processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, messages and parcels accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping to coordinate room information and lost property.
  • Perform cash handling and ensure accurate account postings.
Security & Safety
  • Maintain a secure environment according to policy.
  • Conduct night security rounds to safeguard guests and property.
  • Report safety hazards promptly and handle complaints efficiently.
  • Assist in emergency situations as needed.
Training & Development
  • Assist in establishing ongoing training programmes to uphold brand and service standards.
  • Induct new staff members and ensure adherence to service procedures and standards.
  • Provide regular briefings and relevant information to staff.
Health, Safety & Environment
  • Comply with health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
  • Participate in workplace consultation on health and safety matters.
  • Report hazards, incidents or injuries promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing requirements.
Customer Relations & Sales
  • Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to all guests.
  • Actively promote special promotions and available facilities.
  • Implement Accor values and customer vision to deliver the best service.
Other Duties
  • Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within designated time frames.
  • Participate in training and development programmes to enhance personal and departmental standards.
  • Abide by Accor policies on Equal Employment Opportunity and workplace harassment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of hotel, customer and staff information.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
